In alignment with United Way Worldwide and its bylaws, United Way of McPherson County strives to be a model of diversity and inclusion. We believe that collaboration allows us to collectively and effectively address the issues that face the communities within our sphere of influence. Therefore, it is our aim that our partners, strategies, and investments reflect these core values:

Underlying these values is our commitment to promote a community that preserves opportunities and improves the lives all people who make McPherson County their home. As such, we seek to dismantle barriers, with a specific lens toward promoting fair and equitable access to resources. In this way, the UWMC stands unified in its opposition to racial and ethnic discrimination.
